This is a full body strength and fitness that will make you look sexy. We have included helpful back-ups for those times when you cannot make it
to a gym. Furthermore, if you cannot complete your conditioning during the same session as the main strength work then that is OK too. This
programme is flexible. You must have a day’s break between 1,2 and 3,4 but where you place your steady state cardio is up to you. If you struggle for time on a leg then ensure you complete the full reps and sets for the first exercise as a minimum.
